Comfortable Stay near the Harbour
great location discounted rate useful kettle amazing shower
The location was convenient to the harbour and city center. Parking was available nearby at a discounted rate (always a plus!). The room included a kettle and a hairdryer. The shower was great, it had good water pressure.
The absence of a telephone in the room was a slight inconvenience.

Excellent City Stay Experience
helpful staff perfect location clean room
The staff went out of their way. They made my little boy a pancake for breakfast. The location is perfect. I found getting around the city very easy. My room was functional and clean. It had all necessary amenities. The hotel is close to major stores and bars. I had a good experience overall.
The hotel has no telephone in the room. I had to use WhatsApp to contact reception. There were no obvious instructions for this in the room. This could be problematic in an emergency or unfamiliar with apps.

convenient stay near transport links
train station convenient location
the hotel is close to the train station. rooms were cleaned daily. the naval museum is across the road from the hotel. i found the location very convenient for my needs.
the bar pricing seemed high. i also noticed the staff were managing several tasks at once. the same person worked reception, the bar, and also waited on tables which was a bit much.

convenient location useful desk friendly staff late check-out
The location was convenient. i found the desk space especially useful for my laptop. the staff greeted me with friendly smiles at check-in, which i appreciated. i was grateful for the late check-out at noon. It made my departure much easier.
the window safety latch only allowed the window to open a few centimeters.
