The breakfast selection was good (especially the pastries).
The service at dinner was slow. I had to wait a long time for my order. The food arrived lukewarm and was not particularly flavorful, a disappointment. I expected better quality for the price.

the staff were so friendly and helpful EVERY time i needed something! the hotel has a GREAT location, close to restaurants and shops. the cleanliness was great, and the breakfast had a GOOD variety of options.
The parking situation was a bit tricky. I had to arrive early to secure a spot.

The room was VERY spacious and clean, and i LOVED the decoration. the bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. the bathroom included toiletries and fresh towels. It WAS amazing!

the double room was very spacious and clean, with a good view of the surroundings. the staff were amazingly attentive and always ready to help with any request. breakfast was a high point, with a wide selection of delicious options. i found the central location convenient for exploring local attractions.
the water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than i would have preferred.

The breakfast included a good selection of fruit and hot items. The bacon was crisp. The staff were very helpful. They provided directions to a nearby attraction, a useful map. My room was spacious and clean. It was like a step back in time, so cosy. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities available in the room.
The hotel is a bit worn. Some furnishings show their age.

The location suited me perfectly. Riverside walks were right outside the front door. the hotel provides a garden restaurant. the staff was kind and helpful.
it was difficult since i have mobility problems. i wish i had known about it before.
