The location is quite convenient. It is a quick 5-minute drive to the Falkirk High train station. The bathroom was clean and reasonably spacious. I appreciated that parking was easy to find (a definite plus!).
The room was rather cold. I found no heating and no spare blanket in the wardrobe (this was inconvenient). There was no phone to call reception so requesting another blanket was difficult unless I wanted to visit reception in my PJs. A weird gap was present between the headboard and the bed, I could not sit up in bed comfortably to read.

The ground floor room featured a king bed and a spacious bathroom. The heater in the room worked well alongside the towel heater in the bathroom. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and provided good value. The hotel included a big parking place.

I was really impressed with the breakfast buffet. It had such a great variety. the staff were attentive to all our needs i found. i also noticed the hotel is very close to local shops. It was super convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The food and drink service was FAST, and everything tasted great. The room felt spacious and VERY clean. I found great parking just outside the hotel! Delicious, reasonably priced food, and a LOVELY breakfast completed the experience.
The room could use A LITTLE updating, but it was still functional.

The double room included comfortable beds and fresh, clean linens and I noticed the bathroom had a powerful shower. Plenty of clean towels were provided, and I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities THAT were available in the room.

The staff were always available and ready to assist with any request, and I was greeted with a smile. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff provided useful information about local amenities and I felt welcomed. The restaurant staff were attentive and efficient
