the food had a very reasonable price. the staff was friendly plus helpful. i felt most welcome. the room was amazing. it had great value for money. the staff was really friendly so i had a great time at this hotel.
the double bed was too small! it was an actual double bed, rather than a king size double. it was very uncomfortable.

the staff booked a taxi to edinburgh airport. the staff was friendly. this made my travel to the airport effortless. the staff provided solutions so i felt supported throughout my trip.

the dinner meals proved excellent with a good menu. the kitchen staff deserved compliments. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. plenty of parking was available.
The room was way too stuffy and warm. the fan provided was both noisy and inadequate. the window barely opened. There was impossible door opening.

the family room was quite spacious. it was also very clean (which i always appreciate!). the staff seemed friendly, and i found ample parking available.
the double bed felt small. it seemed more like a standard double than a king size. the walls were quite thin, i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent rooms (including their phone calls!).
