the hotel is near the metro station and shinjuku restaurants. i found the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. daily specials gave me variety, i enjoyed the italian theme for lunch and dinner. the staff seemed responsive.
the room was a bit tight with four beds, i found it less spacious for four adults.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the metro station, about a 5-minute walk. My room was larger than I expected and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (even with my limited Japanese!). I appreciated the luggage storage service they provided after check-out.
The air conditioning automatically switched to 25 degrees Celsius. The room felt very cramped. I also noticed hair in the shower .

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It featured both Japanese and international options (especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!). The restaurant staff was attentive, ensuring tables were clean and the buffet well-stocked during service hours.

The family mart and 7/11 were very close. nishi shinjuku station was also conveniently nearby. the staff spoke good english. That was a bonus. i loved the facilities.

The hotel has washing facilities that i found useful. location is good. It's close to the metro station. the hotel placed me behind the tokyo hilton. family mart is just a few steps from the hotel.
the thermostat did not work. i was unable to adjust the temperature. sometimes the fan was enabled and sometimes it wasn't.
