central location discounted parking
The location was central to everything. It made exploring easy. my room had a juliet balcony overlooking the city, and it provided a nice view. i appreciated the discounted parking across the street. it was convenient and easily accessible!
The hotel could benefit from updated furniture in the rooms. It seemed a bit old.

spacious room clean room convenient location
I appreciated the helpful staff. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The hotel is near the medina, only a ten-minute walk to the busy area, and I found a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It felt safe, too.
The single elevator was small and old.

Breakfast offered a wide selection and fresh juices. There were also cooked eggs, vegetables, fruit, yogurts, and fresh cakes. The breakfast service was generous, and the staff offered coffee and juice to those accompanying diners.

The staff members are friendly and helpful and this. Reception staff were cute and efficient. They assisted with storing luggage and printing boarding passes, providing attentive service.

fantastic stay!
professional staff beautiful view excellent trip
the staff was super professional! the view from the swimming pool is just beautiful. ali, the taxi driver recommended by the hotel, was fantastic! he showed us around and shared the region's history, i thought he was more like a tour guide. we had an excellent day trip thanks to him!
the road-facing rooms are VERY loud at night! i suggest bringing earplugs.

The breakfast offered a lot of choices and variety, very nice! i really enjoyed the calamari dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious and well-prepared. Definitely a highlight of my stay.

mixed experience with noise issues
loud music noise level
the location was good for accessing different parts of the city
the noise was a major problem there was a disco in the hotel i did not expect that. music played very loudly until 4am i could barely sleep. the hotel should warn guests about the nightclub and the noise it creates i found it unacceptable.

mediocre stay with SOME ISSUES
poor wifi street noise
the wifi was TERRIBLE. it barely worked in my room. also, the noise level at night was a problem. i could hear street noise and noise from other rooms. this made it difficult for ME to sleep.
