Really good Service and Convenient Location
friendly staff convenient location accessible transportation
I found the staff to be genuinely friendly and eager to assist with any request. The hotel's location near the ferry terminal proved convenient. Public transportation was easily accessible, allowing quick trips around the area. I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.
My room faced a somewhat busy road. Traffic noise was noticeable when the window was open. It somewhat disrupted my sleep.

generous room usb power easy access
The room was generously sized. I found the USB power outlets convenient. The hotel's location offered easy access to the city center. Staff at the reception were friendly, they helped me with directions.
My room had a dripping tap. It took seven minutes for the toilet to refill. The towels showed wear.

amazing location helpful staff breakfast options outdated room broken shower wall noise
The location was amazing it was near everything i needed! the staff was eager to help when i asked for something. breakfast had so many options too. I couldn't get enough!
the room felt outdated and tired. the shower barely worked correctly it was a little annoying. i could hear a lot of noise through the walls as well.

acceptable stay with some issues
missing curtains uncomfortable mattress
staff were helpful and booked a boat trip for us.
the room lacked proper curtains, disturbing my sleep with sunlight. a dust cart woke us early on two mornings because i was in one of the garden rooms. also, the mattress was awful and very uncomfortable.
