cold room temperature control
The communication regarding access and parking was really GOOD.
Unfortunately, the room was REALLY cold. There were no temperature controls in the room, so i relied on the house heating. I do not think it came on early enough to make the room comfortable when I got up.

small room basic bathroom
the room was super clean and perfect.
The room was really small. there were no in-room temperature controls. i was relying on the house heating schedule, which wasn't frequent enough given the cold weather outside (really? who designs a room without individual heating controls?). the bathroom was also basic with a tiny shower. The water pressure was not great.

credit card uncomfortable towels
the location was about a mile and a half from the train station. a bus stop was also nearby.
i was surprised to learn that credit cards were not accepted. ) the towels were air-dried. they felt uncomfortable to use, and i did notice a sign after check-out about requesting fluffy towels.
