A Balanced Stay

The location is great. It sits overlooking the harbor right at the medina entrance. The breakfast was included and offered a good selection. The staff were polite. They assisted with my luggage.
The WiFi was unreliable. It barely worked . The hotel has many stairs. The sound-proof is nonexistent. I could hear everything.

I found the staff very cute and helpful. The breakfast buffet included a good variety of options. My room offered a lovely view of the port and sea. The shower had very good water pressure.
The room decor seemed a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

The building features traditional décor in the lobby and dining areas. The terrace offered a great view. The location allowed easy access to the tour bus stop and medina. i found the hotel to be a piece of history at a reasonable price.

The staff was very service-oriented, which i appreciated . They were helpful with directions and information about local attractions, and they responded quickly to requests. A staff member assisted with luggage storage when i arrived early. The front desk managed check-in efficiently.

My double room was spacious. It included comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked effectively. The room was quiet at night allowing restful sleep. I found that the room was well-kept, and housekeeping provided daily service to a high standard.
