hard bed dim lighting
The bed in my quadruple room felt quite hard. also, the lighting was dim. There wasn't any reading light by the bed, just the overhead light. this made it difficult to wind down at night without using my phone, which i prefer not to do before sleeping. the room cleanliness was also disappointing. I found some old wrappers under the bed. i expected it to be cleaner upon arrival, this cheapened the whole experience.

The location proved convenient with easy access to public transport options. several food options existed nearby offering diverse choices. I appreciated the variety.
the soundproofing was minimal and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

surprisingly good stay
bus station common area helpful staff usb ports
The tram and bus station was right outside. It felt safe returning late. the common area stayed well lit at all times. the staff helped me, which i appreciated. usb ports at each bed are convenient. plus, each room having its own bathroom is fantastic.
the receptionist was not as friendly as i hoped though everyone else was nice.

the location is near public transportation, this included the train, bus, and metro. the surrounding area has a lively atmosphere with several restaurants. accessibility is easy for getting around, made my exploration efficient.

the hotel has a cozy reception area that i enjoyed. there is an easy touch-screen check-in computer in the lobby. i saw a coffee machine . the environment seemed very friendly.
