The provided car parking spots are very convenient. The staff quickly arranged a taxi upon my departure. My room's cleanliness was excellent and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed a great night's sleep because of this.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Only a trickle of water came out.

the food in the restaurant was very good , and i enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast , it wasn't a buffet but there was still plenty of choice. the room was super clean, and the staff were friendly and cute. i appreciated the good communication regarding my personal requirements.
the television did not work , and i could hear noise coming from other rooms.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the wedding meal and party were amazing. The staff were really nice too make everything perfect, from planning to execution. i especially loved that the price did not double just because it was a wedding!
the corridors felt a bit outdated, with chipped paint and worn carpets. it would be great if they could renovate these areas to match the lovely reception and dining room.

the restaurant's italian menu offered great choices for starters mains and desserts i found the bedding looked brand new and the pillows were comfortable there seemed to be a choice of medium or hard beds too so guests can swap rooms easily i appreciated that. the location is convenient as it is a short walk from the bus and railway station. breakfast was tasty.
the corridors seemed outdated and the carpet looked worn.

The mattress in my room really wasn't good. It felt quite thin and lumpy. also, dinner at the italian restaurant was disappointing. The menu seemed limited and not very italian. i ordered chicken wings, but they tasted pre-boiled and coated in something slimy. the steak i then ordered was balanced on a small heap of skinny fries. The peppercorn sauce lacked any peppercorn taste. breakfast was no better. The coffee tasted bitter and foul.

My room was impeccably clean upon arrival. The staff swiftly addressed a minor check-in concern. I enjoyed the convenience of charging meals to my room. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night after a long day at the races.
