Solid stay near the harbour
convenient location multiple outlet fresh food
I found the location very convenient to the ferry terminal. The room included multiple power outlets and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast location involved a short walk, I found the food fresh.

Acceptable Stay with Location Benefits. but Issues Exist
delayed check-in inconvenient breakfast
The check-in process was not smooth. There was a delay before someone arrived to show me the room. The breakfast location was a bit inconvenient, as it required a 5-minute walk up many steps to a separate restaurant. It was picturesque. but difficult in bad weather.

moldy shower burnt bacon
The air conditioning worked well. This was certainly needed.
The outdated interior was noticeable. I found the shower had mold. The breakfast wasn't good. The bacon was burnt, and on my departure day, I was unable to get an early breakfast, causing me to leave without eating.

I loved the Harbour view from my room. The room included a fridge, very convenient. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. It set me up for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped.

The hotel has an amazing location near the sea wall. It is within easy reach of many attractions. I found it convenient to access shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport is also easily accessible from the hotel.

The room was spacious and had a very high ceiling! There were multiple power outlet options for charging devices. Breakfast was at a cafe nearby with staff that seemed friendly.

location is fine but room needed work
damaged furniture lacking service
the hotel's location was decent and breakfast seemed fine.
The room they gave me wasnt great. the furniture looked damaged and the bathroom needed a shower door. also, the customer service felt a bit lacking from the al porto crew. They were hard to get ahold of.

Excellent Harbour Views and Daily Cleaning
harbor view comfortable bed
The harbor view from the room was great. Cleaning ladies came every day. The room was always proper. I found the high ceilings and comfortable bed very enjoyable.
