the location was perfect. the breakfast was very good. the hotel location is excellent. it is on the seafront and a short walk from public transport.
the fan in my bathroom above the shower did not look clean for some time.

the staff was friendly. location was great and near the train station. it was a short walk from the train station. the room was bright.
i noticed a musty smell. the fan in the bathroom above the shower seemed dusty. i had to spend over £70 for parking for the weekend.

the family room was spacious. the layout was really nice for the kids. it. sue helped us with our luggage. we had a parking permit for the swannery, it was handy. the sea view was amazing from the room. the location allowed easy access to many places by car.

i enjoyed the location. it had a beautiful setting. the staff was friendly. i would certainly stay there again. sue was a lovely host. she helped with our luggage to the car. the parking permit for the swannery was very useful (a real perk!).
i noticed the bathroom needed some work. the shower shelves needed a good scrub. the electric shower made a lot of noise. water stopped flowing sometimes.
