the staff was amazing. i found them friendly and super helpful. breakfast was lovely with fantastic coffee. there were lots of beautiful fresh fruits like blueberries strawberries and raspberries.
the bathroom was a bit grim. i found only one available plug to use in the room. this was a bit annoying. the windows did not block any noise from the street so i was constantly woken up.

the location was great with many pubs and shops around. the staff prepared a rich breakfast tray for me since i had to leave early.
the room i got was really small. its decor reminded me of a bad 80s student flat. i was really amazed at the price per night compared to the accommodation provided. i think twice about going back, even if the rooms were free

the staff were wonderful i thought. cal and adam were very helpful and they hauled my bike, i am thankful. the location is very central and convenient for me.
the hotel is over a pub and i heard some music when i tried to sleep.

i found the location very convenient. the staff were very friendly and ensured i had breakfast even though i had to leave early. a bottle of water and mints were a nice detail i noticed (along with coffee and tea) in the room. the complimentary breakfast had many options.
the single available plug in the room was a bit inconvenient for charging multiple devices.

the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries available. the dining area was clean and well kept (i appreciated this detail).
