solid stay near kelvingrove

characterful buildingspacious roomhelpful staffunappealing view
The building had character and sat on a pleasant terrace. my room was spacious with desk space, chairs and ample tea. the reception staff were helpful. They made check-in smooth. i found parking right outside, a nice bonus since spaces are limited.
The room i had faced a wall with what seemed like old bags, and the view wasn't appealing. the bathroom could use some tlc, as the toilet seat felt loose. Otherwise, it was clean. the lack of a pleasant view was a small disappointment.
Rooms
8/10
The room featured adequate hanging space, and this detail was useful. beds were comfortable, offering good rest. the room was clean with basic amenities. I did not ask for more.

The staff was very cute. The quad room was large and very clean.
The sink was TINY. Filling the kettle was a joke. I had to use small tea cups. the bed was on rolls and kept rolling around the floor.

Slightly below average stay.

faulty phoneslippery bathtub
I found some issues, honestly. The room phone didn't work and no one fixed that, despite me reporting it. The bathtub was slippery, a shower would be safer for sure. I nearly fell trying to get out, it really lacked any kind of safety bar.
