The room was modern. It seemed recently renovated. the bathroom matched this modern style and was very clean. i found a coffee machine with coffee pods, a welcome bonus. the hotel offered free parking, a great perk .
The hotel was utterly impersonal. I didn't see a single staff member. this contactless system felt a little strange, despite the detailed instructions.

The room felt clean and orderly. Breakfast was good, and dinner at the Stravaig felt very good. I found the location great because shops and restaurants are close to the hotel. Free parking is available. This makes things easier.
The bathroom light took too long to switch off.

Helpful emails and links to access the hotel were sent. Housekeeping checked with us in the morning to ensure we had everything needed. A text message asked if we needed anything and confirmed we enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant attached is fantastic, it had beautiful decor. Staff were attentive and well informed. The menu offered interesting choices. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs provided a good start to the day.

the suite i booked for two nights was excellent. the room offered plenty of space and included a comfortable sofa plus a large, comfy bed. i appreciated the tv and the convenience of both a coffee machine and kettle.. the jacuzzi bath was amazing. i found the code entry system for the room very convenient.
The hallway lighting could be improved. It was rather dark at times.

the location was central, convenient for getting around.
i found dirty towels in the bathroom, really gross. A wedding was happening, and it was really NOISY until midnight. Unsupervised kids kept knocking on my door and running away.
