The staff assisted with early bag drop-off. I received a discount at the downstairs pub for food and drinks. Breakfast offered many options in the buffet.

i LOVED the proximity to Waterloo Station, it was REALLY unbeatable. breakfast included a lovely choice of items. the staff gave proactive helpful assistance during the marathon. the room cleaning staff was great.
The lights needed maintenance. They DIDN'T work properly in my room.

this place had an unbeatable location, right next to Waterloo Station. the hotel was only five minutes walk from the South Bank. easy access to both subway and bus stations made exploring the city simple. it IS a GREAT spot.

I appreciated the superb location near Waterloo station. It allowed quick access to transportation. The staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite nice, and it was a great way to start each day.
