small room worn towels
I found a couple of things disappointing. The room was QUITE small. Trying to maneuver around with luggage was like an obstacle course. the towels felt rather worn. A refresh would be welcome.

great pastries helpful staff convenient location
The location provided quick access to Paddington Station. The breakfast was quite good (especially the pastries!). The reception staff was always helpful and pleasant.
The room felt a bit small, but it was adequate for a short stay.
