I found a couple of things disappointing. The room was QUITE small. Trying to maneuver around with luggage was like an obstacle course. the towels felt rather worn. A refresh would be welcome.

The location provided quick access to Paddington Station. The breakfast was quite good (especially the pastries!). The reception staff was always helpful and pleasant.
