the hotel provided a convenient free shuttle to the airport. the restaurant food was tasty (i especially liked the sunday roast). multiple free shuttles were available for trips to malls and the airport. the customer service team was very friendly and helpful.

i didn't like the idea of buying water from the vending machine after finishing the initial two bottles. i have stayed in several hotels that provided water for free. no facial tissue was available in the room. some front desk staff were not friendly during check-in, and explanations of basic services were lacking.

the hotel provides a complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle. it runs frequently to terminals 3 and 1. a supermarket is also located within a short walk of approximately five minutes. i found this very convenient. the breakfast had a good selection and an omelet station was available. the staff were very helpful and friendly which i appreciated a lot.

during my stay, i needed a toothbrush kit. i requested it five times. the kit only arrived after i went to complain at the reception.
