i appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the metro. the room was very clean (the housekeeping team does a stellar job). the breakfast had many options and catered to different tastes. the staff members were polite and responded quickly to requests.

the shower's water pressure was a little low (perhaps some maintenance is needed).

The room felt quite cramped. It was hard to move around comfortably. i think the dimensions could definitely be improved. also. The breakfast was disappointing. it lacked variety and the food quality wasn't what i'd hoped for. the juice tasted watered down and the pastries seemed stale. I wished there were more fresh options

My weekdays felt filled with comfort and joy, a very welcome change from tiring work. trish, the guest relations manager, left cookies for me. I appreciated that thoughtful touch after my long days. the staff went beyond what i expected, proving to be professional.

the noise from the street was noticeable, and i could also hear sounds from the room next to mine. it made it hard to sleep sometimes. the rooms felt a little small, like capsules, for what i paid.

helpful staffinconvenient check-inphysical ids

the reception staff was helpful , especially ms. pragya , throughout my stay.

the check-in was a letdown , the receptionist needed physical ids , even with our soft copies and uae pass access. this meant my partner was denied entry , a trip back home for the physical id , and a very late return to the hotel. it was very inconvenient and gave a bad first impression.
