i found the parking situation to be a real problem there was never any space when i returned late at night the lifeguard at the pool was slow to provide towels one morning this was not ideal since it was already an hour after opening

the staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate for my comfort! especially zankrit helped me combine two separate last-minute bookings, and i didn't need to move rooms. the welcome was amazing, and the room was super clean and cozy.

every floor had a very strong smell of cigarettes! this was my second time staying and i experienced this awful stench in the floor lobbies and in my room.

the room included a king-size bed and a seating area! with a small table, it was perfect. blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night, promoting good sleep. a mini-fridge was available for storing drinks.

the service from the reception team was very good , jaseem, nelson, and rita were super helpful . they were warm and provided a very good service. i liked the cleanliness of the room.

i found that the gym was too small. it also had ineffective air conditioning. the pool was not very enjoyable either.
