the staff were friendly and efficient that is a plus

i found the parking situation to be a real problem there was never any space when i returned late at night the lifeguard at the pool was slow to provide towels one morning this was not ideal since it was already an hour after opening

i found the staff excellent and helpful. the location proved very convenient. my room was neat and clean. i also appreciated the room service. the lobby bar was nice. food was excellent and a great value for money.

the hotel features three lifts, saving time to get inside the room. i saw a bus service which drops people to the railway and bus station. the air-condition is centralized too.

the staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate for my comfort! especially zankrit helped me combine two separate last-minute bookings, and i didn't need to move rooms. the welcome was amazing, and the room was nice and neat.

every floor had a very strong smell of cigarettes! this was my second time staying and i experienced this awful stench in the floor lobbies and in my room.

the room included a king-size bed and a seating area! with a small table, it was perfect. blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night, promoting good sleep. a mini-fridge was available for storing drinks.

the service from the reception team was very good , jaseem, nelson, and rita were super helpful . they were warm and provided a very good service. i liked the cleanliness of the room.

i found that the gym was too small. it also had ineffective air conditioning. the pool was not very enjoyable either.
