The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. It provided sufficient choices to start the day.

The room size proved smaller than expected. Daily linen changes were not automatic. I had to request them. The staff needs further training in professional service standards.

The staff was friendly at reception. Breakfast offered a huge choice of delicious food.

The hotel guests were noisy. Doors slammed and people talked in the corridors at 4 am. This happened frequently . The restaurant did not have red wine stock.

eslam and sabin at reception were very cute. arvind from housekeeping responded quickly and paid attention to detail. the atmosphere is relaxed, a really easy environment.

The restaurant was out of red wine . This was slightly disappointing.

The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the location is great. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with its wide variety of options. For a quick bite, the restaurant on the first floor served healthy and tasty dishes.

The gym's facilities were quite limited, I didn't find a sauna, jacuzzi or steam room available.
