The location near the convention center made attending our event so easy. i found the staff consistently friendly. They helped us navigate public transportation. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with many choices to start the day well. the hotel also provides convenient access to the metro for exploring.
The air conditioning unit was a little loud. It sometimes disrupted our sleep.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to major attractions. I used this convenient service multiple times. My Standard Queen Room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I also found the all-day mart downstairs very useful.
The front desk seemed understaffed. This caused delays during check-in-- applying, twice.
