The location inside Terminal 3 offered great convenience (no need to exit the airport!). The staff, especially Alyssa, were excellent and very helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and quietness of the pods. The check-in process was straightforward.
The light from the ceiling was constant, made sleeping difficult.

Acceptable sleep solution

The room temperature was COOL and calming. The staff was friendly. They provided tons of helpful information about transit. The location was right next to the flight gate to budapest.
I found it noisy. Each guest spent 5 minutes settling. There was little privacy. The toilet and showers were several shops down the hall.

the location was AMAZING! It was easy to find inside the airport area. The beds were comfy ENOUGH and the quiet, cool, private area allowed me to get enough sleep. I seemed like my long hall flight was more bearable.
the pod is not blackout or sound proof, and I could hear people walking and talking in the concourse outside the pod section!

My pod was not soundproofed. I could hear other guests easily. There was a lot of noise. The ear plugs provided were not really helpful. It was also very cold, it was difficult to sleep.

helpful staff secure environment convenient location
I had no early morning stress because I was meters from the departure gates. Staff were really helpful. That was awesome! I definitely felt secure throughout my stay.
The paper-thin walls meant noise traveled easily, it was only a minor disturbance.

convenient respite

prompt check-in helpful staff member comfortable sleep
i greatly appreciated the prompt early check-in i received after confirming my payment. the staff member was helpful at 5:30 am on july 17. i found it easy to lie down and sleep between flights. its accessibility and comfort were a welcome relief after a long journey.
i found it difficult to sleep well because there was constant light coming into the pod. the bed also felt quite small for comfortable rest. i think providing better blinds and slightly larger beds would improve the experience.
