The location provided easy access to nearby shops. Staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. Breakfast included good coffee. The room had a full bath and shower.

the staff quickly changed the bedding to twin after we requested. two ladies were excellent. the foyer looks amazing and breakfast was good value. i appreciated the helpful staff and their willingness to assist.
The parking was congested. It took me nearly 30 minutes to park my car.

The room was disappointing (i was hoping for better). i found the lack of cleanliness quite off-putting. There were spider webs down the side of the chair. the room also had a noticeable damp smell. i reported this at reception, but no alternative rooms were available, and the follow-up was poor. The woman i dealt with did not apologise properly.

The location is unbeatable. breakfast had good variety. I liked the pastries. my room had blackout curtains, easy to sleep. the staff was friendly.
My room could use a fresh coat of paint. It looked a bit worn.

The staff was helpful and offered assistance as needed. check-out time is at 12 noon. I had ample time to prepare for my departure. luggage storage is available. I didn't have to haul my bags around before check-in.
