Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the spacious and clean rooms, especially the family rooms, and the hotel's vibrant atmosphere. The pool area, complete with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub, is a particular highlight for many, while families appreciate the thoughtful touches like the 'Bizzy Box' for kids. The breakfast selection is widely enjoyed, and the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site adds to the appeal. Some guests have, however, found that the additional mattresses in the family room can feel a bit cramped. The hotel's proximity to the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and its easy access to Bournemouth are also frequently noted.

The breakfast was acceptable. They provided a free voucher for a drink. a Starbucks voucher.
The room was quite hot upon arrival. The windows opened only a fraction because of safety restrictions. Cooling the room down quickly was difficult despite the air conditioning system.

comfortable bed clean room high standard no porter breakfast only misleading information
the hotel rooms was of a good size. beds was very comfortable, i slept so good. i was happy, everything was clean and seemed well looked after. the pool had changing rooms of a high standard.
i did not like that there was no porter. the restaurant seemed only for breakfast. i prefer to eat lunch and dinner in the main restaurant instead of the pub and grill. there was no access to hot desks, it was misleading.
