dismissive staffcramped room
The staff didn't seem to care about addressing my concerns. I raised an issue about the noise level, but they didn't offer a solution and were quite dismissive (it was as if I was bothering them). The room felt cramped and lacked space to move around comfortably. the lack of natural light, and I missed having a window to look out of.

the central location was very convenient.. the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the modern design. plug sockets were conveniently placed throughout the room.

the breakfast area is near the entrance and can feel cramped during peak hours. the pastries and yogurt selection provided a quick start to the day with a variety of choices. the coffee machine offered several options.

my queen room no window had a tv mounted on the wall facing the bed. the bed had custom-made mattress. there was a small desk area suitable for working, fitted with accessible power sockets.

The staff was friendly. The complimentary wine and cheese night was a treat. The location is fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the central position.
