amazing location friendly staff comfortable bed grand decor
location was amazing. staff was friendly and very helpful for all my needs. the room had a comfortable bed with fresh sheets. the hotel is very grand, with beautiful decor in the lobby.
the corridors need a fresh look. it's a very minor thing.

lovely building in good location
central location friendly receptionist recycling effort
the hotel is locate in the heart of the city. it is close to shops, restaurants and attractions. the receptionist was very friendly and cute, that was nice. the hotel has tried to address recycling of paper and food, i appreciated it.
i found that my room smelled a little of sewage. the room was also freezing cold. it took two nights for the space heater to warm the room. this was inconvenient.

my standard single room had everything i needed. it included an iron and ironing board. a hairdryer and a kettle were available with supplies for tea and coffee. the room was sufficient.

the breakfast had a good choice of options. the waitress service at breakfast was very attentive. staff were helpful and friendly, i could say that for sure.

parking closure indifferent staff
the location was good for accessing local attractions.
the website indicated parking was included, but upon arrival, i learned the car park was closed. the reception staff seemed indifferent to this issue. it was frustrating since i specifically booked this hotel because it promised on-site parking.
