i found gated parking super helpful, it gave me total peace of mind! the staff greeted me with such warmth, i mean what a welcome! my room, although a standard double, was super clean and so cozy. i even found a complimentary fruit basket, talk about a sweet surprise!
the shower head had some limescale, made the water spray a little wonky. it was a minor thing though!

a staff member freshly prepares the breakfast, so it tasted amazing! i also saw that a fruit basket is always available , even after the breakfast service ends, that's a very nice touch!

the standard double room was super cozy, with central heating plus an extra mini heater. i can confirm it had decent wifi, so i had no issues staying connected. it really had everything i needed for a comfortable stay!

the location was central to my activities. it was easily accessible to the buses and train. there was everything i needed in the room. the kitchen made it easy to warm food. all amenities were functional.
the room was very small compared to the photos on the website. i saw dust in the room. it was very noisy, i could hear all noises in the surrounding room.

the staff were very nice and professional. the hotel was quiet, even being by the road i couldn't hear anything with the windows shut! the bed was very comfortable too, we slept soundly.
the walls seemed thin, we could hear everything. people in rooms next door and upstairs were audible. rooms have doors leading to shared outdoor spaces.

the staff was very friendly and eager to assist. everything was clean and matched the description.
the wifi signal was practically nonexistent. the room was also quite different from the photos i saw when i booked. the location proved inconvenient. it was hard to find restaurants nearby, and the absence of air conditioning in the room was difficult, especially with just a fan available.
