i enjoyed the convenient location as it was a short walk to hyde park. the reception service impressed me. the breakfast service was excellent. i found it started the day well.
the bathroom was small. taking a bath proved difficult for me. i also heard drilling sounds from a nearby building after 6 am. it disrupted my sleep.

I was grateful for the convenient location near the train station and several restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It was a double bed with clean sheets. The staff were professional and very helpful . I found the free wifi useful for planning my daily activities.
My room lacked air conditioning. This made the temperature slightly uncomfortable.

I found the staff very helpful (always smiling!). the location was excellent. Paddington station is a short walk away. breakfast offered many choices, and i appreciated the clean, comfortable bed after a long day.
the bathroom was quite small, and it was a bit difficult to shower comfortably. i think slightly more space would improve the experience.

the hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits at reception around the clock. guests can also store luggage after check-out until 3 pm, very convenient for later departures. this service helped me enjoy my last day without lugging bags.

the room was a good size and it was clean. the location was convenient to nearby pubs and restaurants. i found it was an easy walk to public transport. the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
the bathroom was small. the tv screen was quite small and mounted high in the corner. the quilt was very thin and didn't provide much warmth.
