prime location nice staff
the location is prime. customer services were good overall. i was happy to find a nice breakfast and nice staff are always around to help.
the shower were small to move freely.

the hotel is near paddington station . the room had tea and coffee facilities , a welcomed addition. i found the breakfast selection quite diverse , with hot and cold options.
the room was quite small , it was difficult to move around with luggage. the elevator made a loud ding , it could be heard from my room. the bathroom showed its age , the shower head needed replacing.

helpful staff excellent station proximity lovely cafes clean room
I experienced very helpful and cute staff. They assisted me with luggage storage after checkout. The hotel is close to Paddington Station. Many lovely cafes surround the location. I found the room very clean and neat, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom was below the standard size. The toilet roll was difficult to reach.

The hotel has a very good location near Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground. Direct access to central lines gives it a great advantage as a base. Hyde Park is within walking distance from this place.

The location allowed easy access to nearby transport. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and pastries. Staff were helpful with directions. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated.
The lift only goes to the third floor, so you need to use stairs to the upper floors.
