The friendly team was a definite highlight. I felt welcomed. the food was excellent with a good choice on the menu. i also appreciated that there was plenty of parking available (a big plus for me). the location was ideal for a quiet stay, within walking distance of the beach.
the window in the bathroom was a bit difficult to reach, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel has a large car park, it gives easy access to both the hotel and the golf course. the food offered was first class with good variety, additionally, the service was excellent.

The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i especially liked the free coffee voucher i received upon arrival. That was a nice touch.
the pillows were not very comfortable! and the duvet felt quite thin. this affected the quality of my sleep.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with putting the football on in the bar (i really appreciate that!). the food was also excellent, i tried the fajita wrap, and it was great. i'm already planning a return visit for a 'play and stay' experience, as the golf course looked inviting.
the decor is a bit tired, but it's in line with the hotel's traditional charm.

the hotel is near the beach, about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town center, that i enjoyed. there is also a large parking area, a great plus. the golf course looks good too.

breakfast was self-service with a good hot english breakfast available, that was great (especially the porridge!). we had dinner in the bar, i had the fajita wrap from the specials board for just under £13. it came with delicious homemade coleslaw.
