quick service safe return
the restaurant food was delicious and service quick. emily at reception helped a lot with transport. i appreciate that staff checked on my return.
the room was clean but its light fixtures were loose and seemed unsafe.

the room had a well stocked fridge , so snacks were easily available. the staff was friendly in both the hotel and the pub. the breakfast offered a lot of choice , a nice perk.

Excellent Experience
friendly team clean room antique item large area
I stayed here on September 4th, 5th and 6th. My sixtieth birthday was on the fourth. We got married on the fifth. We took a day trip to Cromer and Sheringham via train on the sixth. Staff, which continued throughout our stay. Every staff member, from the wedding team to the cleaners, smiled and greeted us.
The fridge was not plugged in, as it lacked a plug cable. The room felt very hot even with all windows open and the fan running at full speed. This impacted our sleep. The TV was not working completely, as it was impossible to see anything on the screen.

The hotel is located near the city center, providing convenient access to many attractions, though I didn't need to visit them. The hotel provides easy access to riverside attractions, including bowling, cinema, swimming, and a gravity park.

Our room was superb. It had an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing claw-foot bath. The apartment has both a shower and a bath. There were vintage and antique items around the room adding to the decor

The food was really good, and the quality was world-class. The chefs presented the meals with great skill, they were also friendly. The breakfast includes perfectly prepared pouched eggs.

The bar and restaurant area is spacious. The beer garden is large, it offers a relaxing environment. There is a car charger available on site, a convenient bonus for electric vehicle owners.

From arrival to departure, the team ensured our needs were met with genuine care. Every staff member was always smiling, they were helpful too. Staff were efficient with every request.

friendly staff convenient parking bathroom mould broken lampshade
The location was really good. It was easy to get around from there. The staff was FRIENDLY and helpful, i appreciated their assistance with directions. I also enjoyed the private car park. It made parking very convenient.
The room I stayed in needed some updates. I noticed mould in the bathroom and a broken lampshade. It detracted from the overall experience. There was also NO hot water. I had to ask for compensation.
