immaculate room comfortable bed friendly staff welcome word
The room was IMMACULATE and adequately sized. It smelled fresh and clean, which I appreciated. The bed offered great pillows and was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I spoke with Max at breakfast and found her cute and caring.
The balcony on my executive room was slightly small. It restricted movement.

immaculate room spacious room accommodating staff
the superior double room was immaculate and spacious. I appreciate that location was close to everything. Breakfast offered many choices and the staff were accommodating.

excellent room and great views
pier garden large room comfortable room
I enjoyed the balcony. It provided views of pier gardens and the estuary. the room, an executive double room balcony, included traditional lamps and a distant church. a large tv was available. i found the room very comfy and tidy.
the parking area at the back seemed unsafe. i noticed lots of banging of doors early in the morning. it affected sleep quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to all requests. i always get a warm welcome at breakfast. this hotel always seems to have pleasant guests too.

the room included plenty of tea and coffee. the modern shower room was big, and bottles of water were provided. self-check-in was an option, a plus for flexibility. the breakfast was amazing for value.

the hotel is centrally located near the train station. a short walk led to key attractions. the location is spot on, very convenient for exploring the area. it offered easy access to various points of interest.

small balcony thin walls
The balcony was too small. I could barely move! The sea view? Forget about it! I saw more tree than ocean. Plus, the walls were so thin. It was like I was sharing a room with the noisy neighbors. How lovely.
