Staff were very cute and helpful. The room was clean with many towels provided. The location allow easy access to both beaches. I appreciated the sea view from my room. There was parking available on site. I found the breakfast yummy.

We enjoyed the cosy room, complete with a sea view and spacious bathroom. I found the breakfast offered excellent value, and the staff members were both friendly and helpful. The festive decorations added to the hotel's charm (I really felt the holiday spirit!). The New Year entertainment, coordinated by Dave, was also superb.
I noticed the room needed some attention, particularly regarding dust on the wardrobe top and the desk plug socket. A deeper clean would greatly improve the overall impression.

i found the hotel to be a bit run down. the hotel seemed to be acting as a homeless refuge.

i had a double room sea view. the room was clean and tidy with complimentary tea and coffee. breakfast was a feast (especially the vegetarian sausages).
