great location friendly staff
the location is great near the tube station (it's really convenient!). the pub downstairs had good food. i enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the friendly staff.
The room was quite small. My bag barely fit under the bed.

helpful explanation bar discount room access
faye was very helpful. she explained the after-hours room access and showed me where the restrooms were. she also detailed the bar and restaurant closing times. i liked that hotel guests get a ten percent discount at the bar.
my room did not have a private toilet , just a shower and basin.

an okay stay overall
convenient location friendly staff basic room window cover inconsistent temperature stuffy room
the location was convenient. i was close to a underground station. staff seemed friendly and helpful. the room was basic but met my expectations.
the window lacked a cover. the room was full of light quite early, around 5am, hard to sleep. parts of the shower were falling off, and the water temperature was inconsistent. there was no air-con, also no fan, so the room felt stuffy.

great location many food places underground station small room no window missing curtain
the location felt so nice. it has everything you might need. i found a tesco, primark, and many food places. the underground station is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
my room was like a shoebox and without windows. there was a skylight but no curtain and no blind. the sun lighted my room very early in the morning. it woke me up early.
