the location worked great for me. It was close to everything I needed. The staff provided quick service. I GOT complimentary breakfastwith many options. Check-in was swift and efficient SO no waiting.
the room needed a bit MORE cleaning near the skirting boards.

THE room included basic amenities like a tea station and a mini fridge. The room was generally quiet, so sleep was not a problem. The bedding FELT clean and fresh with a comfortable mattress.

The room smelled strongly of stale tobacco upon entry. I struggled to lock and unlock the antiquated door locks. There was no cooked breakfast left when I arrived, REALLY frustrating.

a charming stay near the docks

i could left my luggage at the front desk both days, made exploring easier. free wifi was a real bonus, it works great for planning my day.
The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. i ended up sleeping right on the zipper, and that cause a bit of backache. the cleaning wasn't ideal. Dust was very noticeable, especially on the skirting boards.

my room was spacious and include an ensuite bathroom, very nice. tea and coffee making facilities was provide in the room, this allowed for a relaxing start to my mornings. bedding was clean, and it look well maintained.

the staff was polite and helpful . they allows me to leave my bag with them each day, really helpful. i found the staff to be attentive to guests needs, so my stay was smooth.

The breakfast buffet provide a good start to the day. it had selection of toast, eggs, and fruit to choose from. i see croissants and cakes available. It made for satisfying mornings.
