I found the location quite convenient. It's near Victoria station. breakfast included sausages, eggs, and toast. the staff was very kind. the location made getting around quite easy. the complimentary breakfast was a nice perk to have each morning. the staff gave directions when asked.
i noticed there were many stairs. it was a bit difficult to carry my heavy luggage up to my room. this was a minor inconvenience, but something to consider if you have mobility issues or heavy bags.

the mattress felt very firm, and the two pillows were too thin. it made it hard to sleep well. i think better bedding could help a lot.
