i loved the free cocktail upon arrival! the music created a great rock and roll vibe and a giant teddy bear sat in reception. fernando and filip were fabulous and very helpful! the hotel's location is excellent with cabot circus for shopping and food close by.
The door didn't close automatically from the outside. I had to unlock it, close it, and wait for it to lock.

the hotel is near cabot circus, giving easy access to both shopping and dining options. the divine christmas steps is also nearby. the location offers excellent value, i think.

the room style is lovely, i found the modern furniture and decor beautiful. i couldn't hear the busy traffic from outside when the window was closed, a great feature. the rooms and communal areas are clean and tidy.

the staff were really kind, helpful and friendly . the team was available 24/7, ready to assist with anything i needed. i especially appreciated their assistance with directions to the theatre.

breakfast had wonderful choices available, i'd recommend it. the overnight oats were delicious and the cocktails were good value.

the in-room entertainment options left me disappointed. the tv had only a few channels, and many did not even work. i couldn't connect my phone to the screen, even with netflix. the bar disappointed me too. it advertises 24-hour service, but service stopped for all guests around 4am for no clear reason.
