Smooth Sailing Start!

The location was superb, a short walk to the Horizon Cruise Port made embarking easy. I liked the coffee and kettle provided in the room, a nice touch. The bed offered great comfort. A good rest was definitely achieved. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. Their friendliness added to the positive atmosphere.
I noticed some slight wear on the hallway carpets, but it did not affect my stay at all.

Staff members were pleasant, they offered prompt and helpful assistance. They quickly addressed requests and were always smiling. This service greatly enhanced the overall experience at the hotel.

The room included effective climate control. Maintaining a comfortable temperature was easy. Furnishings were functional, the space was well-organized. The bed was so comfortable, a restful night's sleep was guaranteed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel is in a great location for accessing cruise terminals. Parking was available overnight for £10.
The room temperature was unadjustable. I was told the room temperature manages itself. This is not ideal.

high parking feeloose shower head
the parking fee was higher than initially stated at £12 instead of £10. i requested a twin room but received a double. a shower head was loose, it risked water spilling all over the bathroom. the air conditioning made grinding noises all night and this disturbed my sleep.

the staff was friendly. check-in was quick. i found convenient parking on site.. it was easy to access my car. the location is near the cruise terminals. this proximity made it easy to get to my ship in the morning. breakfast offered a good selection of items. i especially appreciated the fresh fruit. the coffee machine was efficient.
the tv remote in my room was unresponsive.

the food was seriously bad. i ordered nachos and waited 45 minutes. they were cold. i told a staff member, but they did not seem to care. the replacement nachos were also bad. the room was too hot and i could not control the temperature. the staff told me the temperature controlled itself. i found this unacceptable. i will choose a different hotel next time.

the room was too warm i was told the temperature was centrally controlled this made it difficult to sleep there was no way for me to adjust it myself also the shower setup was not good the shower curtain did not prevent water from getting all over the floor the bathroom floor was quite wet after each shower this was disappointing
