The hotel has an excellent location near Temple Meads train station. Staff were friendly and very helpful . The room was clean and modern, I found everything in good order.

i loved that the hotel was close to temple meads train station! it made getting around so easy, wow. the staff were so helpful and friendly. i was impressed that my room was very clean. the bar and restaurant area were super clean too.
I did find that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. It kept me up a bit.
