i appreciated the hotel location near the bay, a short walk made it easy to see the sites. the breakfast had many choices, both english and continental options were present. the rooms had high ceilings. the building had features with original designs.
i found our room was dark at times.

the building exudes history and charm, so wonderful. the giant bath became our evening ritual, a pure joy.. i loved the modern comforts blending perfectly with the traditional décor. staff anticipated every need, fulfilling every request with grace.
the window overlooked a less than picturesque area, though the interior more than compensated.

the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. the rooms were also lovely.
I encountered an issue with the hot water. I had to change rooms because of it. showering meant standing in the jacuzzi without a curtain. It was very unsafe. the fire alarm above the bed flashed constantly. It made sleep difficult.
