The location was acceptable, with the Gare du Nord station within walking distance.
The room I booked was not well soundproofed. Street noise was constant throughout the night and I barely slept. The shower handle in the bathroom was also broken. I had difficulty adjusting the water temperature.

I received an upgrade to an executive room. The extra space was very welcome. The room contained excellent equipment and was very well maintained. The location allowed quick access to transit options near both major train stations. I also got coupons for complimentary cocktails because I am a Bonvoy member. This was a surprise.
I had to hand over my key every morning at reception when I left the building. This felt a little restrictive. Black mold grew inside the bathroom, near the shower. The staff should address this health hazard immediately for the safety of all guests.

The hotel location is fine and close to transport.
The room cleanliness was not good and they did not change towels. I complained, but nothing happened and bed sheets seemed not clean. I would not like that experience anywhere else.
