Really good Stay in Central Location
superb location friendly staff ample space wide variety
The hotel's location was superb, close to many attractions. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with directions. The room offered ample space and included a well-equipped minibar. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and fruit.
The elevator was quite small. It could only accommodate a few people and luggage.

The reception staff provided quick responses to my inquiries. The concierge service was efficient. Daily housekeeping ensured a clean and tidy room, and requests for extra towels were promptly fulfilled.

My room included a comfortable king-size bed with premium bedding. The air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a pleasant temperature. The bathroom was modern. It featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries plus a hair dryer was available!!!

attentive staff quiet room nice set
The reception staff were VERY helpful upon my arrival. They changed my room to a quieter one facing the courtyard immediately after my request. I even received a NICE body care set unexpectedly! The room was clean and nice. The air con worked perfectly during the hot weather I experienced.
The hotel facade looked bad with tags and torn posters.

central location tourist attraction professional staff
The location is central. i appreciated how close it was to tourist attractions and transport links. i liked that galleries lafayette, opera, and even a special opera themed starbucks were within a quick walk. majid was especially professional, kind, and friendly. He addressed all my concerns with utmost care.
the lift breaking down on arrival was a slight inconvenience.

the rooms were clean and well appointed. i especially enjoyed the rainfall shower, an AMAZING!!! experience. the hotel exhibits a beautiful, historic charm, complete with a curved staircase and windows opening onto a pretty street.
