The location is convenient near transportation hubs. A storage room was available for luggage after checkout.
The immediate area felt a bit rough around the edges. The room lacked temperature control I found this uncomfortable. The shower design presented some challenges. The complimentary shower gel was hard to open.

The location was superb, very close to gare du nord. it made travel connections easy. i found the staff friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions. the room was clean, and the newly renovated bathroom was a welcome surprise. breakfast had some sweet options.
i noticed a slight noise from the street, but it was manageable.

The hotel is a short walk from gare du nord. This provides excellent access to eurostar and other train services. i noticed a metro station very close, providing easy access to attractions. many cafes and supermarkets are nearby.

My room had comfortable beds and was a good size for a solo traveler. i was accommodated on a top floor. This reduced street noise. i found the maid service good, with daily cleaning provided .

The receptionist was good and spoke english well. they were also happy to converse in french, meeting my skills. the staff helped with testing my french. They also helped me by speaking english. they were attentive and professional.

the hotel is very close to the train station. i appreciated the mini fan provided in the room. it was useful as there was no air conditioning, though i did not need it . i got a discount at the parking under the train station, very convenient in a busy area.
