great locationlovely facilities
The hotel's location was excellent. It's near the metro, various restaurants, and supermarkets. the room was serviced daily, and the facilities were lovely, i am grateful for a kettle and refrigerator in the room. I could easily make my own coffee each morning!!!

the hotel is near gard du nord i could walk to central area i enjoyed people watching in the evening from my larger room facing the main street the housekeeping was excellent the facilities were great i will return the spacious room made my stay awesome
i found the room wasn't soundproofed well at all i woke up because of neighbours noise the sound insulation definitely needs improving it disrupted my sleep

there's a good bistro across the street i found many places to eat and drink on rue trevise it made finding a meal super easy and convenient i tried many different restaurants and enjoyed them all

unexpected upgradehuge bedamazing view
i scored a seriously amazing upgrade upon arrival it reminded me of winning the lottery! the bed was ridiculously huge and the chairs in the room were perfect for chilling after exploring. plus the view from the fifth floor was a total knockout everything sparkled it was awesome
some towels showed small stains nothing major though

the room was well appointed with two very comfortable chairs and a coffee table i totally loved it! a coffee machine and a mini fridge were also included offering extra convenience.

the location was perfect with easy walking access to numerous places plus a nearby metro station made getting around town so simple i could get anywhere!

the hotel featured a spa however i did not have the chance to visit it myself this time maybe next time i can get a massage and check out the hammam!

great central hotel
entrance lobbycomfy bedmold smell
I had a comfort single room. the room includes its own entrance lobby, this was a great surprise. dark curtains ensured i got a good night of sleep and the bed was very comfy. the location worked well. I could easily walk to main areas.
my room was very small. the mold smell was noticeable, i asked to move to another room. it was unpleasant, but i hope they fixed the mold.

my room had good facilities including a shower room and toilet, those are separated. two closets were available. the room included a refrigerator and it was really practical.

the hotel provides friendly helpful staff and they always were available. early checkin was possible, this was awesome. the receptionist was slovenka, she provided better communication in my native language.

delicious coffee were replenished daily, this was a big plus. i recommend guests to purchase the breakfast. many restaurant and cafés are nearby and offer lots of options.
