i requested a room facing the station and received it upon arrival. the room included a bright and clean space, which perfectly met my travel needs. breakfast in the basement featured a unique knight decoration and provided adequate continental options. i also found the reception staff always helpful and friendly.
the room lacked sufficient space for two people to move around comfortably. there was also inadequate storage for clothing items. this, and i would welcome some improvements.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was very close to transportation, so it made getting around easy. There were also many options to eat near the hotel. The breakfast was nice with everything i needed.
The room was not clean. The towels had stains. Bathroom tiles also had mold growing. Paint was peeling off the walls.

the location is excellent for using gare du nord and metro lines. our quadruple room was clean daily with fresh towels and bed made. the staff were helpful and polite (especially with directions). i found it easy to travel around.
the breakfast selection could use a little more variety.

My room was quite small , and there was very little space to open my large suitcase. I found no space to hang anything in the bathroom. The light switch for the room's lighting fell off the wall.
