I found the staff friendly, especially with arranging a taxi. The receptionist was quick to book it in the morning. my room, a double room terrace, had views of montmartre and the montparnasse tower from the seventh floor. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was quite nice, i was very pleased. the hotel's proximity to a supermarket and a bakery was definitely a plus.

I noticed the outdoor board displaying the hotel's name could benefit from enhanced visibility. This would greatly assist first-time arrivals in easily locating the hotel, especially at night.

the welcome was great. my room was super clean and cleaned every day. i found the bed very comfortable. the metro station was really close by. local restaurants were fabulous and so friendly.

i found no mini fridge in my room.

I was asked for a deposit I hadn't been told about. The room lacked a mini-fridge (why?), especially for the price. the staff were generally unhelpful. I did not feel welcomed at all.
