i found the staff very friendly. they provided assistance quickly when i needed it. the breakfast buffet included a variety of tasty options. it had fresh pastries and fruit.
the soundproofing was not effective i heard noises from other rooms. the decor seemed dated and could use some updates. the towels were thin i prefer something more substantial.

I found the staff friendly. They offered assistance with directions and local information. The hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient for our arrival and departure. Our room got cleaned daily. This ensured a tidy space throughout our stay. I liked having a reception open 24 hours. It gave me peace of mind.
The furniture was somewhat dated. It could benefit from updates to improve the overall aesthetic. The carpets looked old, but the room had all the facilities you would expect.

Public transport access was great with the bus station nearby. The train station was also very close, about five minutes, made traveling very easy. I liked this area, and would definetely recommend it.

I found the staff very helpful. The room was satisfactory given the price. I appreciated the balcony. It was easy to walk to the accommodation from the train station.
I found the streets around the hotel to be quite smelly! Though I am aware that there is a general water smell around this area. The smell around the hotel was far stronger. It smelled of urine.

the hotel was easy to find from the bus station. the staff was very lovely every time i talked to the reception desk. beds were comfy and rooms are clean.
the room was a little cold i couldnt get the heat up enough it switched off.
