friendly staff quick assistance breakfast buffet ineffective soundproofing dated decor thin towels
i found the staff very friendly. they provided assistance quickly when i needed it. the breakfast buffet included a variety of tasty options. it had fresh pastries and fruit.
the soundproofing was not effective i heard noises from other rooms. the decor seemed dated and could use some updates. the towels were thin i prefer something more substantial.

Convenient Location, Helpful Staff
helpful staff convenient location tidy space
I found the staff friendly. They offered assistance with directions and local information. The hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient for our arrival and departure. Our room got cleaned daily. This ensured a tidy space throughout our stay. I liked having a reception open 24 hours. It gave me peace of mind.
The furniture was somewhat dated. It could benefit from updates to improve the overall aesthetic. The carpets looked old, but the room had all the facilities you would expect.

Public transport access was great with the bus station nearby. The train station was also very close, about five minutes, made traveling very easy. I liked this area, and would definetely recommend it.

Many nice restaurants are only a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. I was grateful for this. There were many places to grab a quick bite nearby.

easy access and great location
great location clean rooms easy mornings
I found it really close to the train station. the rooms were clean and i slept well. i appreciated the quick walk to main transportation points. I could get around easily. the breakfast had many options, it made mornings simple.
the room felt a bit small. it made moving around with luggage difficult.

The hotel is near public transport. i found many dining options nearby. access to rialto bridge took around 20 minutes. St mark's square was under 15 minutes from there. i appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

comfy beds clean rooms
the hotel was easy to find from the bus station. the staff was very lovely every time i talked to the reception desk. beds were comfy and rooms are clean.
the room was a little cold i couldnt get the heat up enough it switched off.
