Acceptable Stay NEAR the station
helpful staff convenient location small bathroom poor insulation
the location was great for accessing transportation hubs. The staff was very helpful , when i left my bags before check-in and after check-out. They accommodated my needs without any problems.
the room i stayed in had some issues. The window insulation was nonexistent , and i could feel a draft. The bathroom was small , almost like a closet, with limited space to move around.

the location made early morning travel very easy. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions quickly.

broken door inconsistent water
The bathroom door barely worked! It dragged on the floor. the shower water wasn't consistent. It didn't always run. The room was small and the hotel had no elevator, I had to carry my bag up several flights of stairs.

friendly staff lovely decoration great location small room wardrobe absence missing amenities
the staff was friendly. the hotel was decorated lovely. the location was great and close to the tube station. the check in process went smooth.
the room i stayed in was very small. there wasnt a wardrobe or any space for hang clothes. also there wasnt any glasses for water and only one mug for tea even though two people stayed.

rusty fixings creaky bed
The communal areas seemed well-kept, yet the room showed neglect. I noticed rust on all metal parts in the bathroom and exposed wiring on the door's keypad. The bed was not comfortable. It creaked a lot with every movement. The floorboards creaked loudly as well, creaky bed, exposed wiring

a okay stay near the station
good location helpful staff
the location worked good for access to transport hubs. the staff helped storing my luggage prior to check in. i also needed book a extra night and the price was reasonable, so that helped.
the room had a damp smell was really bad. i wouldn't let someone stay there. it really disappointed me and should be adressed by management team.

The room included a small tv. the single bed was affected by mold. an electric heater was provided, but this did not dry a hand towel i used. The radiator was constantly leaking cold water.

i could have coffee in the room which i liked. there was tea, milk, and coffee. i found this useful in the morning so i could make tea before going out.

the front of house offered a warm welcome. my bag was taken to my room. the staff was helpful and accomodating. i find staff very responsive.
