the location was great for accessing transportation hubs. The staff was very helpful , when i left my bags before check-in and after check-out. They accommodated my needs without any problems.
the room i stayed in had some issues. The window insulation was nonexistent , and i could feel a draft. The bathroom was small , almost like a closet, with limited space to move around.

the staff was friendly. the hotel was decorated lovely. the location was great and close to the tube station. the check in process went smooth.
the room i stayed in was very small. there wasnt a wardrobe or any space for hang clothes. also there wasnt any glasses for water and only one mug for tea even though two people stayed.

The communal areas seemed well-kept, yet the room showed neglect. I noticed rust on all metal parts in the bathroom and exposed wiring on the door's keypad. The bed was not comfortable. It creaked a lot with every movement. The floorboards creaked loudly as well, creaky bed, exposed wiring

a okay stay near the station

the location worked good for access to transport hubs. the staff helped storing my luggage prior to check in. i also needed book a extra night and the price was reasonable, so that helped.
the room had a damp smell was really bad. i wouldn't let someone stay there. it really disappointed me and should be adressed by management team.

The room included a small tv. the single bed was affected by mold. an electric heater was provided, but this did not dry a hand towel i used. The radiator was constantly leaking cold water.
